a few notes…
At Compassionate Critter Care, my goal is to provide reliable, loving, and peace-of-mind care for your pets while keeping things clear and simple for you. These policies help ensure the best experience for both pets and people.
Travel & Service Areas
Compassionate Critter Care is proudly based in Beaver Falls, PA. All services include free travel within a 15-mile radius of Beaver Falls.
Extended Travel: For clients outside this range, a small mileage fee will apply. Additional mileage is calculated at $0.65 per mile, round trip.

Pawgress Reports & Check-Ins
Every service with Compassionate Critter Care includes updates, because I believe you deserve peace of mind while your pets are in my care.
Short Visits (15–60 min): A text update with a quick note and photo confirming feeding, potty, or habitat care.
Longer Visits (8+ hours): A detailed Pawgress Report infographic sent via text with notes on meals, potty/litter, mood, play or enrichment, with multiple photos and a recap of your pet’s comfort, routine, and activities.
Meet and Greet
Before your first booking, we will schedule a complimentary meet-and-greet. This visit gives us a chance to:
Get to know each other in person
Learn about your pet’s routine, personality, and favorite things
Review any special needs, medications, or care instructions
Make sure your pet feels comfortable and safe with me
I believe trust starts with a personal connection, for both pets and their people. That’s why every new client receives a free meet-and-greet to ensure the best possible care experience.
Aggressive Dog Policy
At Compassionate Critter Care, the safety of all pets and people is a top priority. I do not accept clients with dogs who display aggressive behavior toward humans or other animals. This includes biting, lunging, or other serious behavioral concerns. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if a pet poses a risk of harm.
That said, I fully understand that many pets have anxiety, fears, or reactivity, and I’m always happy to discuss your pet’s individual needs during our free meet & greet to determine if we’re a good fit.
For the safety of your pets, my pets, and myself, I cannot provide any boarding services for dogs with a history of aggression or unsafe behavior. I am happy to give recommendations for a qualified behaviorist or specialized care provider. Please note that this is from a place of love and safety, not judgement!
