Hi! I’m Rio — the Founder and Owner of Compassionate Critter Care.

Animals have always been at the heart of my life. From growing up surrounded by animals to now sharing my home with a lively crew consisting of a dog, rabbits, rats, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, small parrots, fish, and even a jumping spider, I know firsthand the joy (and responsibility!) that comes with being a pet parent.

As a fellow pet parent, I understand just how important it is to feel confident about who’s caring for your companions. That’s why I created Compassionate Critter Care — to provide safe, reliable, and loving care that I would want for my own pets.

My philosophy is simple: every animal deserves compassion, respect, and care that goes beyond the basics. I meet each pet where they are to create trust. I’m fully insured and committed to giving you peace of mind while keeping your pets happy, safe, and loved.

When I’m not caring for clients’ pets, you’ll usually find me with my own. I know that every paw, claw, fin, and feather matters, and I treat each critter as family.
